Class Size Policy

To ensure personalised attention and maximise student learning, class sizes are limited per grade level:

Nursery to Pre-Kinder

Maximum of 15 students per class

Kinder to
Grade 2

Maximum of 20 students per class

Grade 3 to
Grade 12

Maximum of 25 students per class

Once a grade level reaches its capacity, applicants will be placed on a waitlist. Opening of an additional section is subject to the discretion of the Head of School, in consultation with the School President and Board of Trustees.

Rolling Admissions & Mid-Year Entry

Domuschola follows a rolling admissions process. Students may apply at any time during the year. For mid-year admissions:

The applicant must have completed at least one full semester.

Entry is typically considered during the first semester of the academic year.

Documents for Nursery to Grade 11:

Completed Online Application Form
Photocopy of PSA or Local Birth Certificate
Academic Records for the past 2 years (not required for Nursery & Pre-K)
Photocopy of Passports (parents and student)
Special Needs Report, if applicable

For International / Dual Citizenship Students:

Documents may be submitted via the online application portal or emailed to [email protected].

Reservation & Enrollment

Learning Support & Specialised Assessments

Students may be recommended for academic support to meet Domuschola’s learning standards.

External or internal support services may be sought at the parents’ expense.

The school may request assessments by licensed professionals to determine eligibility for learning support programmes, especially when advised by the Guidance Counsellor or Learning Support Teacher.

Special Learning Support Services will incur a corresponding fee.

When can I start applying to Domuschola?

Domuschola accepts applications year-round. Early applications are highly encouraged due to limited slots per grade level.

What assessment tools do you use?

We use the OLSAT (Otis-Lennon School Ability Test) and interviews to evaluate academic readiness. Results help determine final grade level placement.

What is the school calendar?

The academic year runs from August to May.

What is the age requirement per grade level?

Refer to the Age Requirements Table above for the minimum age per level. The cut-off date is October 31.

What is the medium of instruction?

All subjects are taught in English, except for Filipino.

Do you offer Filipino as a subject?

Yes. Filipino is a core subject offered at all levels.

What is your gadget policy?

Students from Grade 5 and above may bring gadgets. However, cellphones are not allowed during class hours.
