Students, as early as Kindergarten, are given the chance to try out for the Domuschola varsity team. Representing the school, the varsity teams compete in various competitions such as MISAA (Manila International Schools Athletic Association) throughout the school year.

Basketball, Volleyball, Table Tennis, Futsal and Chess are some of the sports offered in Domuschola.

Aimed at promoting, independence, responsibility, leadership, camaraderie and sense of belonging in the school. The school is composed of 3 different houses:

Students from the Preschool Department have a separate House time from the Primary Years and Secondary but are also be given opportunities to participate with the other levels from time to time.

For Primary years, teachers handle the games.
For Secondary, games are assigned per grade level or may be facilitated by the student Council supervised the Co curricular Team and Student Service Head to keep track of the scores.
The House that accumulates the most points at the end of the year wins the House Cup. House points are earned through participation in activities during school events and special assemblies.

Each house represents unique species found in the Philippines. Students from Preschool to Secondary are equally divided by the Student Council and Activities Coordinator. Parents, siblings, teachers and staff automatically belong to one house. As a new student enrolls, the Activities Coordinator determines the house membership he or she will belong to for the duration of his or her stay in Domuschola.
