The Admissions Process at Domuschola International School
We do our best to keep the admissions process as simple as possible to help parents and students experience a smoother admissions journey. The admissions process typically consists of the following steps:
Campus Visit: We encourage parents and students to explore our campus. This will enable them to understand if our campus has what they are looking for. Parents are requested to schedule a tour of the school campus by dropping an email at: admissions@domuschola.edu.ph or calling up our admissions office at +63 927 651 5669 during the usual school hours, Monday through Friday. School tours are usually conducted from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 am and 1:30 pm.
List of Requirements for Nursery to Grade 11
- Completed Online Application Form
- Photocopy of PSA or local Birth Certificate
- Academic Records for the Past 2 Years (not applicable for Nursery and Pre-K)
- Photocopy of Passport (parents and student/s)
- Special Needs Report (if applicable)
Additional Requirements of International / Dual Citizenship Students
- Visa Documents
- Photocopy of ACR/ICR or Student Study Permit (if applicable)

The Intake Assessment: We organise an assessment to evaluate a child’s academic readiness for the school’s curriculum. Once we receive all the above-mentioned documents, we will schedule a test.
Enrolment: We will review the application and make a decision based on the test results as well.
A Few Important Points that You may Like to Make a Note of
Being a reputed International Baccalaureate World School in Metro Manila, we follow strict procedures to ensure honesty, integrity, transparency and the availability of high-quality education to the deserving students.
- You can relax knowing that your legal documents will never be shared with any third party via any means without your approval. Additionally, your documents will never be duplicated or printed in order to safeguard your privacy.
- Absence of complete and accurate details in your application forms may lead to the invalidation of your application and may even result in rustication of the student after enrolment. Additionally, falsification, forging or altering of documents will be considered as a crime and reported to the relevant authority. The student will be permanently banned from enrolment in the future.
- Once you submit the documents, they will be reviewed by the Academic Team, as part of our initial evaluation process. Next, your child’s online interview will be scheduled. Typically, the online interviews are scheduled between Monday and Friday, from 8 am to 2 pm. You may either visit the campus to pay the assessment fee or you may choose to pay online as well.
- We will take approximately 3-5 working days to process your application and notify you of the assessment result.
- Based on the results, you may either choose to reserve a slot for your child or opt for enrolment. You will need to submit additional documents following the completion of the application process.
